Presentación

One of the major driving forces behind the explosion of mobile computing is the desire to be connected to the internet. People are no longer satisfied travelling to technology; they want it to travel with them and to have the wealth of knowledge provided by the internet available at their fingertips.

This is just the beginning. There many opportunities for mobile systems and communications engineering from sensors on buildings in earthquake zones that can wirelessly monitor movements and give advanced warning signals, to devices in cars that can automatically contact a recovery service, amongst many others.
