Our Business and Management degree with a Human Resources Management pathway (UCAS code N500) offers a programme that will equip you with the business skills to work in a range of business sectors. You will specialise in a second year module ´Human Resource Management´ and in your final year you will take ´Strategic Human Resource Management´. Your HR expertise will be further developed in your final year Research Project.

You’ll have many opportunities to explore your career aspirations and you will be encouraged to take up HR work placements and internships. You’ll also work alongside real businesses on project based assignments, giving you useful insights to a range of businesses and possible career choices.
Employers such as Nutricia (Danone Group), RBS, Hewlett Packard, Lloyds, Wiltshire County Council, American Express and Sky have recruited graduates from this course. Students have also gone into roles including Strategic Human Resources Manager, Employee Engagement Officer, Human Resource Administrator, Learning and Development Administrator and Human Resources Information Manager.
