Real estate is a dynamic profession, and the varied work often includes networking, socialising and negotiating deals. Every company and every person requires somewhere to work and somewhere to live. As property costs are often the second highest expenditure on a company’s balance sheet, a good understanding of property is essential for every business.

This course give you a thorough understanding of all aspects of real estate including buying and selling, valuing, developing, planning, managing, and investing in the property markets. Many of our lecturers are chartered surveyors still practising part-time, and the course prepares you for a professional career in property as a surveyor, valuer, and property adviser.

As real estate is not taught at school, students have a wide variety of A Levels and equivalent qualifications. The most important requirements are an analytical mind and a clear motivation towards the course.
