Presentación

This course is delivered at Kingston Maurward College in Dorchester, a BU Partner College. All aspects of your course from teaching, accommodation and student life will be based at the above partner college. On graduation from this course you will receive a degree from Bournemouth University. Please remember to book onto an open day at partner name to gain a full understanding of the course and location.

This is a part-time course for people who are employed or interested in a career on holiday parks. The units provide a practical business background to managers and allows them to develop their skills within a workplace environment.

Tourism and Park Management is a growing industry which is becoming more prominent in the public eye. There is therefore an expectation that all staff involved in the running of such establishments will be professionally qualified and fully aware of all the issues facing such an industry.

Requisitos

Candidates should have a minimum of two years related experience with evidence of prior academic learning and commitment of both student and employer.

Salidas profesionales

Graduates may apply to progress onto the final year of an Honours degree or Top-up degree at Bournemouth University, at a BU Partner College or another institution, subject to a suitable course being offered, places being available and applicants obtaining the Universities required entry criteria.

For entry onto a Bournemouth University Top-up degree, you will be assessed on your overall mark (there may be a minimum requirement), your performance on the Foundation degree and where appropriate an interview with the Programme Coordinator.
