    At Centennial College’s Business Administration – Human Resources program you will learn how to attract, retain and develop a company’s most important aspect — its employees.

    The three-year School of Business offering will explore trends that will prepare you for the challenges of today’s and tomorrow’s work environment. As such, you will become familiar with all human resources functions that include:

    Human resources planning
    Recruitment and selection
    Training and development
    Performance management
    Human resources management systems
    Enabling a proactive perspective to ensure organizational success
    To round out your Human Resources training, you will develop highly marketable payroll skills.

    The opportunity to acquire three designations — the CHRP™ designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association, the CIM™ designation from the Canadian Institute of Management, and the PCP™ designation from the Canadian Payroll Association — will put you ahead of the competition.
