Centennial College’s Practical Nursing (Flexible) program will see you participate in the same courses offered in the full-time Practical Nursing program — with delivery spanning a six-semester, shortened week format that will compliment your hectic schedule.

Because the complexity of today’s healthcare environment requires the practical nurse to have more in-depth knowledge as well as an increased level of skill and judgment, you will learn to provide safe, competent and ethical care, using a wide range of resources and technologies.

Theoretical learning in the Practical Nursing (Flexible) program will be supplemented by hands-on application in well-equipped practice labs and clinical simulation facilities. This practical training will prepare you to practice autonomously in a variety of settings.

To support you in your School of Community and Health Studies program experience, you will have access to exceptional resources, including knowledgeable faculty members who care about your success as well as academic and personal counselling.
